Marco Martins directs On an Average Day, a debut of the American playwright John Kolvenbach on the Portuguese stage. Having presented plays all over the world, John Kolvenbach is the author of this psychological drama about a dysfunctional family searching for redemption. Two brothers, Jack and Robert, abruptly separated during their adolescence, meet again after 15 years and find out the truth about their past. In the enclosed space of a room they surrender themselves to a journey through their lives, where they remember the tragic story about their father’s mysterious disappearance.
